1.Job Title: Account Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The job of an account development manager involves maintaining and building customer relationships, developing customer base with excellent support and implementation of customer relations programs, acting as lead sales expert (usually in initializing and closing sales), preparing annual Business Development Plan of the company, defining yearly targets, implementing strategies for new services and products as well as analyzing business needs and providing new opportunities for growth.
  • The Account Development Manager works closely with the company’s CEO, operations and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales objectives.
  • Work with Sales Managers to meet sales objectives.
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Identify operational and technical obstacles and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Analyze and prepare account development plans.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop business strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Perform billing review and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationship with customers.
  • Understand the customer needs and provide business solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day needs of customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend team meetings regularly.
  • Provide product sales training to sales team.
  • Work on business process improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or at least 2-5 years professional client relationship management experience.
  • Experience in a sales organization and operations a plus, but not required.

2.Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all administrative sales activities on a day to day basis in collaboration with the Sales managers/supervisors
  • Enables the sales team as well as other functional teams to perform their duties with Passion, Integrity and the highest levels of Professionalism
  • Plans develop and implement the strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issue resolution
  • Manage Employee Payroll
  • Launches and executes the Organization Culture survey with employees and follows up to implement the next steps
  • Manages and controls HR departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
  • Liaises with other functional/departmental heads to understand their HR needs for the financial year, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements
  • Maintains awareness and knowledge of latest HR developments within the industry and country and provides suitable interpretations to directors, managers, and staff within the organization

3.Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Thus, Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

Minimum Qualification/Requirements
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional
  • (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 to 4 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
