1.) Office Cleaner
2.) Chinese Translator
3.) Administrative Manager

1.Job Title: Office Cleaner

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities 
The Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:

  • Clean, dust and mop offices, floors, environment etc
  • Wipe down desks and chairs and make sure stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials
  • Empty trash cans and make sure that all trash is properly disposed of
  • Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properly
  • Ensure proper cleanliness of the areas around the office such as walkway.

Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum qualification of SSCE
  • Must be living around Ikeja, Magodo, Ogba, Berger and it’s Environs
  • Must be able to express his/herself in simple English Language
  • Must be active and ready to Start work immediately
  • Must be attentive, honest, able to use his/her discretion and punctual at work.

2.Job Title: Chinese Translator

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help to translate Chinese language to English-language for staff.
  • Assist when needed especially summarizing and preparing reports.
  • Prepare and maintain  file and correspondence.
  • Attends and takes management meeting minutes.
  • Provide Ready-To-Use Translated Content That Meets Our Internal Needs And Helps Us Reach A Broader Audience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a translator.
  • Ability to write well and adhere to a given framework.
  • The ability to transfer style, tone and cultural elements accurately from Chinese to English Language
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be an extremely good listener.
  • Have excellent sensory, motor and cognitive skills.
  • Have an extensive vocabulary of multiple languages.
  • Cope with stress and self-control when dealing with difficult speakers. …
  • Show emotional resilience.

3.Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Formulate administrative management system, and supervise the implementation of administrative policy.
  • Guide and supervise the administrative management system, standardize employee behavior, and improve the efficiency of the business administration
  • Be responsible for administration and logistics management, including driver, front desk and cleaning supervision.
  • Responsible for the company’s fixed asset management;
  • Strictly control the company’s administrative expenses and office supplies as well as management of office property.

Qualification/Experience/Skills

  • A University degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative experience.
  • Must be a male for gender balance in the department
  • Between the Ages of 30 to 35years
  • Years of driving experience and familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair;
